工作內容:
(1)詳讀並了解所負責專案合約條款，以確認專案整體需求。
(2)負責及追蹤內部各設計部門及外部(業主、合作夥伴及供應商)之訊息溝通，包括︰設計圖件及文件、審查意見之傳送及回覆。
(3)主動發現及積極排除跨部門間相關問題，如有重大或無法解決問題， 主動報告專案經理並協助提供解決方案及對策。
(4)協助專案合約結案(包含對業主及廠家)並整合及編輯專案完工報告，以供他案參考。

50. Develop project execution plan including project strategy, coordination, planning and cost control, etc.
50. Act as project leading role communicating with client
50. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring tasks are executed on time, within scope and within budget
50. Support project permitting process
50. Coordinate engineering resources to finalize design package
50. Direct procurement and subcontracting process
50. Build and maintain relationship with client, contractors and equipment manufacturers
50. Support construction execution
50. Responsible for project reporting and schedule/cost tracking. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and escalate issues to management as needed
50. Responsible for project stakeholder management
50. Responsible for construction variation/change order management
50. Support contractor/supplier management with Construction Team & Procurement Team
50. Identify and highlight project critical path to project team

Must have:

50. Project manager working experience in Semi-conductor industry EPC project
50. Flexible working attitude

Good to have:

50. 10+ years of experience in high tech. facility system or data center, like high-Tech Cleanroom or Cleanroom Interior construction or relevant work experience.

Project Control Manager

50. To be responsible to establish project WBS, cost control, schedule control and progress measurement mechanism
50. To support and prepare back-up documents for weekly and monthly  project reports
50. To coordinate with the project management team for change management, risk management and general project associated activities which associates project control field
50. Cooperation management ( Internal requirement and outer requirement)

Must have:

50. High mobility, working location will be changed based on assignment
50. Degree level in Engineering discipline min 6~10 years’ experience in a related environment (Refinery/Petrochemicals )
50. Language and cultural awareness (fluent Chinese Mandarin and English)
50. Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, Primavera Risk (preferred)
50. People Management skills
